• eCommerce: At the time of Drop-off service or dropped off to our studio

When do I get my photos?

• Photos are usually ready in 1 to 2 business days upon the photo shoot date and time & editorial photos are usually ready in 3 to 4 business days from the day of the photo shoot

What is the Payment for Look Book reservation?

• Deposit: at the time of schedule the shooting date (50% of total balance) & Rest of the balance must be paid on the shooting day.

• Deposit is non-refundable.

What is the Pick-up and Drop-off service?

• Pick-up and Drop-off service can be requested when you make the reservation.

• We only offer this Pick-up and Drop-off service for certain zip code.
